2. Cancellation Policy

  • Users may request to cancel a booking by contacting us directly.

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled date may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the booking date may not be eligible for any refund.

3. Refund Policy

  • If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after cancellation approval.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.

  • In case of technical errors or duplicate payments, users must contact us within 48 hours for resolution.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • No-show or failure to attend the booked slot.

  • Cancellations after the service has already been provided.

  • Incomplete or incorrect contact details provided by the user.
