1. Booking Confirmation
Once a booking is confirmed and payment is successfully processed, a confirmation email or message will be sent to the contact details provided by the user.
2. Cancellation Policy
Users may request to cancel a booking by contacting us directly.
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled date may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the booking date may not be eligible for any refund.
3. Refund Policy
If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after cancellation approval.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
In case of technical errors or duplicate payments, users must contact us within 48 hours for resolution.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
No-show or failure to attend the booked slot.
Cancellations after the service has already been provided.
Incomplete or incorrect contact details provided by the user.
